Catered by Clink provides a bespoke delivery service that is ideal for office meetings, lunches and celebrations, while being committed to our central cause of reducing reoffending and supporting those at risk at offending.
A part of Clink Events, Catered by Clink combines award-winning socially conscious catering for office meetings, lunches and celebrations with training, qualifications and rehabilitation support for our students.
Our menus include breakfast and lunch platters, tasty cakes and delicious canapes, all prepared in the Catered by Clink kitchen by chefs who are working towards their City & Guilds NVQ qualifications.
By ordering from Catered by Clink you can be assured of the highest quality produce, while contributing to a project that helps people into a brighter future.

PricingAll prices exclude VAT and any applicable delivery charges. Payment is accepted via bank transfer/BACS, and payment will be required upon booking.

OrderingOrder will need to be placed 5 working days ahead of your event, please contact us directly if you need an order sooner.

Delivery AreaOur delivery cover most of Greater London, check with the team if your postcode applies. We recommend booking early, especially for major sporting events and holidays.

Delivery ScheduleOur food is hand-delivered between 8am and 5pm from Monday to Friday, unless advised otherwise. Deliveries on Saturday and Sunday will be subject to an additional charge and availability.

Delivery ChargesWe charge on all deliveries; the charges vary by postcode and will be shown on the checkout screen when ordering online.

Timely DeliveryWe are committed to delivering your order punctually and in good condition. A 3-hour delivery window will be provided to ensure convenience. However, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control particularly London Traffic. We will take utmost care to deliver to the provided address, but we cannot assume liability for non-delivery due to incorrect details or package theft.

Allergen InformationPlease be aware that our food is prepared in a professional catering kitchen where allergens such as gluten and nuts may be present. While we take stringent precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our food does not contain traces of allergens. Our food is presented in platters with vegetarian food on separate platters and labelled accordingly, all our menus state the dietary status (veg, Vegan, Gluten free, dairy free) of all our items.

Receiving Your OrderWe kindly request that someone is available to receive your delivery, as perishable items cannot be redelivered or left in a safe space.

Cancellation policyOrders must be cancelled 3 working days before the delivery date, after this time we reserve the right to charge the customer part or the full amount of the order.

Availability of IngredientsOur menu items are subject to ingredient availability and will be offered while supplies last. Catered By Clink reserves the right to change items, prices, and ingredients at any time. We will make every effort to promptly inform you of any changes.

Alcohol PurchaseTo purchase alcoholic items, customers must be 18 years of age or older. Please contact us directly if you would like to add alcohol to your order.

Environmental ResponsibilityTo reduce our environmental footprint, please recycle the packaging we provide. Your contribution to minimising waste is greatly appreciated.
LUNCH
Our lunch menus consist of a selection of sandwiches on artisan breads, finger items and mini cakes. Perfect for office meetings or team days. Each box is suitable for 10-14 people and contains a selection of items. All our menus are made fresh in an open kitchen, while every precaution is taken to limit the risk of contamination, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee no traces of nuts, gluten or allergens across our products.

Our canape box menus consist of a selection of our popular canapes along with delicate bridge rolls. Ideal for a evening drinks reception for 10-14 guests or pre dinner canapes for 20 guests.
