SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, training and supporting vulnerable adults into employment and providing them with a brighter future is our sole aim. Whether they are prison leavers, or vulnerable young adults at risk of entering the justice system we believe they have a brighter and more positive future ahead that we want to help them achieve.
All of our kitchens are training environments and 100% of the profits made from our events are reinvested into The Clink Charity to further our training and support opportunities across the UK. We are the leading provider of hospitality training in prison and have trained over 4,000 prisoners since we started in 2010. To find out about our latest figures please read our IMPACT REPORT.
CARBON NEUTRAL
We are Carbon Neutral, and are proud to be one of the first leading London caterers to go Carbon Neutral
We recognise that we need to care for our planet as much as we care for our guests and students. We are proud to partner with Carbon Neutral Britain who calculate and offset the carbon our team produces when creating your event and we are committed to ensuring our events make a positive impact for the environment as well as the vulnerable adults and communities we support.
FOOD WASTE
We hate food waste and are always looking for new ways to both reduce the amount of food waste and repurpose what is safe and suitable through partnerships with local community centres, shelters and charities. Future plans include a food composter which we turn surplus food and trimmings into compost that can be used in our garden projects to help grow the next harvest.
